The practice is to start to notice where we're cat, bring ourselves back and let ourselves begin again. We are creating a sort of space between our ability to be aware,. Our awareness and our thinking ind our thoughts, right? You'll hear certain teachers, they'll say, we were building a bigger container. Ah. These are really common ways of starting to understand am how we don't have to be so frought with our thinking and our thoughts. It doesn't have to allow them to create suffering for us.
