I think that a lot of these performance issues are pretty processes that we're taking ourselves out of the moment right and it becomes almost this self-fulfilling prophecy. And so by utilizing this technique it really becomes a mindfulness practice to bring you back to the moment which allows you to get back to who you are. I always want to work at clearing out that fight flight or freeze response first before we try to add on anything differently.
