Working With a DHD Brain
Working with your adia brain is all about finding the strategies that work with your brain and avoiding the ones that are going to cause problems. Many of these strategies we learn about just aren't going to work with our a d h d brains. For example, when you are asked to identify tasks, if something is going to take less than five minutes, you are supposed to just do it. If i really want to get better sleep, what i need to do, instead of trying harder, is to try different. We've got a lot stacked against us here. It's a tough question. I'm sure many of you have wrestled with the word lazy. And maybe in future episode
