How much protein powder is too much? It depends. Most protein powders have about 25 to 30 grams of protein. If you're a really small person, like 125, 130 pounds, that's probably pretty close. But just think of it, three meals, no snacking, 30 to 50 grams of protein at a meal. You're going to get all the growth. Like I love that starting point. So get in the protein making it easy to actually hit those targets.
