Is There a 24, 7 Support SLA?
I mean, your availability SLA seems great, but you know, if I'm a customer in Europe, I definitely would like to have supported my time zone. Yeah, as a cost, you know, resource-wise and staffing-wise. The third thing I say is it's very much top of mind for us to have 24, 7 support eventually. But I'm not going to lie to you and say we have that today because we're growing and we need to prioritize.
