What Do I Care About Most Deeply?
What's most important to me in life or what do I care about most and Carly's words there was a question that we can sort of drop into the mind and ask oneself. Another one maybe just that when you do reach the chair or the cushion or the standing practice can sometimes be what brings me here? Might tell us something about why it is we show up in practice too. The goal setting is definitely tied with successful health behavior change. But also guarding against getting rigid about it if you miss one of those sessions, again, offering that compassion and starting again.
