How to Manage Uncertainty
We can manage uncertainty by constantly kind of looking at what the next horizon is, making it as long or short or as long as we'd like. And that list might be really small but then you say, okay, from that list, what can i focus on in the moment? And then you decide something, and you move towards that, ok? As soon as you do that, you create a dope, mean reward in your system, which allows you to do it again and ask the question again. So so it's literally stepping through our challenge, stress and uncertainty, and moving through the stress.
