The trade-offs are definitely real too. The main ones are around sales cycle and complexity. This was one that I didn't expect. Our revenue used to be very, very steady. Now we see those huge drop-offs in the summer come back towards the end of quarters,. And then you get that big drop-off on the winter. Something that was just not on my radar as just mainly PLG founder.
