The Importance of Eating Less Calories
The goal of body fat loss isn't to be hungry. That's not the goal. We need to cut down the calories because there's a big misconception that if you eat healthy, you'll lose weight. And I think it doesn't necessarily come back to eating less, but the energy density of the food has to come down. If you're not eating things like fruits and veggies and high fiber types of whole grains and legumes, you're really going to find it hard to fill up whilst also being in a calorie deficit.
