The Beef Business Model Is Not Sustainable and It's Not Going to Work

The capital involved in the beef business is so huge that i'm not worried about anybody controlling any big part of it. The numbers involved with just two supply chains at walmart or just astronomical numbers get the attention of senior leaders and the board of directors. We don't have any other choice but to figure out how to make a healthier business model which rewards us for the hours we spend every day trying to bring beef to the marketplace.
