The Role of Central Nervous System Fatigue in Power Lifts

I think that you would be looking at high, way higher levels of using the spinal erectors than in the deadlifts and you would be the squat. You should have localized fatigue there that's going to look different with if you were testing, say, those or even the upper back comparatively to the quad. I personally never found one, particularly more, I guess, fatiguing than the other when we did them together. But certainly as regards to mechanisms, and something I was actually just about to say, these mechanisms we were talking about, by definition, these central nervous system fatigue mechanisms must be quite short lived.
