The nurturing sequence has got to be improved dramatically. We've been recording videos nonstop for the last few weeks in that regard and they're getting ready to publish and put them out. Most of your nurturing though is nurturing leads to become clients, right? You're not or you also really thinking about nurturing past clients to reactivate and current clients to retain. And again, not to be rude, but when most people do sequences of communication, it's just iterative of the same premise.
