We are designed to want those foods because they are energy dens, right? Because exactly like what you were saying long time ago, for us to prefer those foods was really, really beneficial. We're just not in that environment now, but we still, we still physiologically prefer those foods. So if you're going to surround yourself with those foodsor lots of access, and expect that you’re going to be able to not want it, that's just very unrealistic.
