I think so many people are listening to this because they believe their anxiety has rendered them broken in some way. And i am always trying to get across that your anxiety, i's like signals to pay attention to things that maybe youve been ignoring. When we actually give ourselves the courage to be ourself then we unconsciously give other women permission to do the same. We can say to our friend, look, i'm really practising my boundaries. And it's really tough for me to say no, but i'm going to start practicing it. So when we get practicing these safe relationships and we can see how one of us is reacting or not reacting then we actually a healthy review
