I was just on a protein modified fast where I had veggies one or two pieces of fruit and then fat-free protein sources all day Um, and that it wasn't that bad like I could still work in miso soup like that's like 50 calories. Quantifying things does change the perspective of people a lot and it's sometimes not productive. When you look at Obese individuals with obesity who are able to maintain weight loss predicts it is losing a lot of weight initially building a momentum.
