The best way to sell is to have the person feel like you understand them. If you actually give a shit, you will know what questions to ask in what order. The reason scripts were even invented is to mimic or structure a conversation between somebody who cares and someone that they can help. And one of the big rules that I was hitting on with our sales team yesterday is you do not pitch the program until you believe the person will say yes.
