Swimming, i think it's like the thing we differ most with athletes. Consistency is always a main principle in all disciplines. We do muc lot of strength work, am ewith pool boy paddles. And also bent work, so or wit propeller. Depends on the stroke dynam dynamics as well. I see how we can convert a stroke to a more open water stroke.
