The Evolution of the Relationship Between IBM and IBM

I'm fascinated by the relationship between the two companies and the two of you. It goes back so far that I'm really curious to get a sense of how the kinds of questions you've been asking and problems you've been trying to solve have evolved over that time. Tell me about 10 years ago, what were you guys talking about? Malcolm is that we have been now pivoting to more around, okay, we are building these capabilities. We are building these solutions. How are they fundamentally changing and improving the lives of our members, our communities, and really making a difference to the people we serve.
