The Process of Unburdening in the RCC
After the exiles are unburdened, their protectors can be unburdened from their extreme roles. Part of that unburdening process is to take in qualities to take in a kind of goodness. It could be playfulness or, you know, a new role within the system. And so if the therapist doesn't improper update of the whole system, the protectors left thinking, now I'm useless. So we negotiate that with them as well.
