Then not trying to focus and then they complain because they're not performing so you want to start put some dedication into what you're doing That's the first thing and discipline yourself to be able to get into that state of mind like the flow state which is one of the most important for performance achiever work on flow state. as that I'm inspired now I need to I need to start doing this when I get you there I know.
