This is a 100% lab created Sacramyses Pestoryonus. It checks all the boxes that we classically define a, a logger yeast as. So this was bred using competent breeding yeast and I keep forgetting like this. There's a lot of dense nomenclature here. Like it's, they're almost alien in that respect. And don't even get me started on, on fungus breeding. They're bizarre.
