Ore 'm set as an example about how every movement is not necessarily going to work the same for every one. So i we always say, look at your body type, look at your mechanics. In a lower box, that athlete can certainly do the traditional squat with full range. And i see nothing wrong with it, as long as they have adapted to, or progress to the movements in their mechanics or sound.
