I try to think about that in the context of, ok, well, why am i craving this? And if the answeris no, you know, go have something that feels nourishing and satiating. And then if i still want the thing that i'm craving, totally go have it. I think that's the balance that we often forget about. It's like all or nothing. Yes. Just i like that understanding that there is a gray area here, and also that our body might be craving this thing. You know, there there's some reason that we're having this craving. It could be is simple as just we haven't had enough calories or carves that day.
