How we breathe affects so much of our health. It's just like what we eat. If you're struggling to do that, if you're doing that in a dis functional way, it's going to affect your health. So anyone who's researched this knows that this is thi true, and there's so much science behind it. But i was pretty shocked that it took me so long to figure this out. And that everyone that i had talked to had no idea that they were breathing improperly.
