How to Lose Weight in 10 to 16 Weeks

If you start too high, you don't really have much real room to move from. So I always like to start with smaller deficits with things more sustainably over time. Not staying in a deficit for too long because you will power gets exhausted. Your motivation wears then and your energy levels are in the tank. For most people between about sort of 10 to 16 weeks is probably the maximum amount of time that I would recommend for my clients to stay in a deficit after that.
