The Third Alternative to Being Lost in a Thought
First reaction is often just rushing back to whatever the object is, or a normal anchor. There's a third alternative which will turn all of that around. For as many times as you've been lost, exactly that many times do you wake up. Nobody's lost in thought forever. And so pay attention to that moment of going from the delusion or ignorance of being lost with something's happening - we don't know that it's happening. We're lost in the thinking process.
