I've problems sleeping and staying asleep. And i wake up with lots of energy, make ready to go. It's generally like six hours a sleep. But on the week ends i have no problem sleeping in. So i know i should be getting more sleep. I might say for you, maybe it's more more the liber cheese stagnation with a little bit of heat that's there as well.
