Machine Learning Startup Funding: Is It a Recession?

There seem to be, you know, like it's, it's well known phenomenon of like boom bus cycles investors become more and more ambitious and then there's a crash. It seems like that hasn't really happened or maybe the shift is that they're now now bearish on crypto and all that money is going into machine learning. But yeah, like kind of like San Francisco tech scene,you know, like people say it's a recession, it does not feel like a recession. Right. Certainly does not seem like a recession from who is getting money who is getting VC funding. Is this a kind of changing how the boom bus cycle works or is this just an inter intra sector shift
