I invite everyone to sit comfortably upright feet on the floor if possible or if they're cross that's fine. So, I'll just take a few eyes and take a few deep, slow breaths. No tension drop down no efforting. It's like there's nothing no problem to solve. Nothing you need to take care of right now. To let yourself feel held. Body is held by the gravity of the earth. You can relax into that. Deepest knowing, deepest feeling. And then step in your eyes a little bit and stay in touch with the depths of your heart. Let the so called world come to you, no grasping. All the forms that appear visually come to you
