Dr. Brock: I can see lifters who are, you know, firmly in the lifting camp and who might hear about us talk about muscle mass and sarcopenia and things like that have to do all this resistance training. The reason you end up being unable to stand up out of a chair is because you have stopped doing whether it's conditioning or resistance training or something like that. So yeah. We definitely recommend both for a variety of reasons. And I would not be concerned that,. you know, you could over condition yourself to the point of frailty like that doesn't happen.
