Stephanie is the only one in that has a ph d, that we know. Nutrition is a really complex area to talk about because there's so much that you do right. There 're so many different occasions for eating. It's not like training, where you just go n run and recover. So i usually first have them think about it into two different segments: what you're eating on a day to day basis, and thenwhat you're fuelling with before, during and after races.
