The only way of breaking a habit is by hacking my brain and becoming aware of the fact that I am doing things out of comfort. This is ultimately how you change your life. Once you understand habits and once you understand that your brain is wired for comfort your life is literally going to change. One of the things that has completely changed my life is by building habits around gratitude.
