In reality for someone that's completely healthy, not dealing with any aches and pains, let's probably use it as an adjunct with a little bit of cardiovascular work. You may want to wear tidy whities if you're going to get hairy down there. There was no statistical difference between DFR and non BFR in terms of how much exercise they did or didn't do on the treadmill.
