What Do You See as Opportunities for Reflection?

The idea of what you call single loop learning. Single lop learning is how we are trained, how we are schooled and how we are educated for our lives. The other thing i wanted to ask you was the idea arounder, er opportunities for reflection. Now, how would you tangibly explain what that means in a concrete sense? How would iow?
