Q: I think it's important to have all sides of the conversation, which is something I really like about what you've written in your new book. You know, stress might be down to lack of sleep, but then you can't sleep if you're stressed. So what I do when I can't sleep at night and those thoughts won't, those racing thoughts on the to-do list for the next day won't let me. I sort of concentrate again on the breath and just literally count the inhalations three or four times, count to three or four. And then exhale, do that, count in the breath.
