Every time we eat, we essentially trigger are insolent to go off slightly. There is this anabolic hormon going up and staying off for maybe one or two hours. So in that way, a body is getting into that fat storing mord every time we eat. i would say that the smaller number of meals within that eight or nine hours is better than eating every one hour within that eight to nine hours.
