The pro metabolic foods are where that really takes a lot of prevalence. The macronutrients, how much protein you need is going to be very different for everyone based on your body weight and muscle mass. That's why I feel like our approach doesn't just look at one thing, like calories in calories out. And then ultimately what you enjoy, right? But generally, if we're thinking about pro metabolic and the foods that we often talk about, there's going to be a happy medium for each individual person within that.
