Flexibility is the number one word that any corporation needs to understand and really embrace. Young people are fed information at an incredible pace, so their attention span is very short. Employers need to understand that flexibility i's required by somebody that's inagenzy, and embrace it. I could have supplemented that income by selling, trading some enof tees and building aweb sin selling tea shirts on the side. It would have helped me massively.
