For someone like myself who's doing a lot of arobic training, I might be able to get ketosis in a few hours by just going out for a run. Ah, and that may feed an kind of, just like, the long term sustain ability of a certain rapproach to so these are things i think people should consider and be honest with themselves when they're picking whatever dietary train they kind of want to follow for a for their training protocol. But one thing i should probably touch on, or maybe bounce back on with a metabolic flexibility thing,. Like, is that really being metabolically flexible, or is that really ideal?
