Robert Klitzman: I was listening to this podcast called in depth, which is my first run capital. They talked about something they do called pre mortems. And essentially what they do is instead of a post mortem, so I'm obsessed with it. So the idea is you go look at that bet that you're going to make and then use all of the data that you have on hand plus kind of what your expected lift is. You model out a worst case scenario, a standard middle case and then a best case scenario. If that pessimistic scenario is below what you can tolerate, either A, resize the bet, B change the bet, or C kill the bet.
