I would say it's actually much harder to get that experience now because like I said, of the scope of some titles. It was in a weird time where nobody's making bets like that really anymore at the AAA scale. You know, so much is riding on every single decision these days. But you got to scope and you don't, when you see people who have the spark, you have to give them the opportunity.
