Is There a Coordination of Day Off?

I think it's actually really good. Even if like if I were at a startup and I couldn't afford a big perk or something like that, coordinated day off once a quarter would be great. So we've got one other client that does actually they do their like end of June. And like halfway through the July 4th week, they just do a company shutdown. But you know, pretty much everyone is looking forward to hibernation duty, which is coming up in December.
