How to Deal With Hypothyroidism
I don't think some of the environmental stuff and you know, doctors aren't interested in that. You've got your symptom, you've got the disease, they want to treat it. That's why I push back on that and try to surround myself with as much EMF as possible. One thing I did learn from the Czech Institute was that 80-20 rule. If you're kind of doing 80% of the time, right, you can get away with 20%. And I think that should be a reasonable kind of theme to abide by.
