People should always be willing to challenge their, you know, whatever narrative they hold true about their preferences and whatnot. There are things today that I enjoy that I wouldn't have liked ten years ago. You get the fullness signals quicker, so you don't overeat. We still don't understand that much about fiber. It's incredibly complicated. The reasons we're giving people Mediterranean style food in plants is because it's just embracing that complexity. Isn't there a shortcut? Everyone isn't looking for an easy answer.
