Do You Have a Morning Routine?
I've been doing this for years now. I try n t keep it pretty tight. Five minutes, maybe ten minutes of movement. If there's something going on with my body, i might do some press ups in the living room. Sometimes i'll do pressups. Whatever i'm a sort of feeling, i will then do. But again, i want to go back to this point. When you're starting a morning routine, i actually recommend you do the same thing every day.
