Joel: I have never seen such a high tachro level of my life. Are you questioning whether vancomycin is nephrotoxic? Yes. Some people do. And if you look at the, there is a case series in nephron, JC Velez is the first target. It shows this very rapid rise in creatinine. So again, not disputing AKI, but saying that maybe it looks worse than it is because of Vancomycin.
