The Importance of Intentional Progress

I want to talk more about the idea of doing difficult things. I think it's a through line in the podcast in terms of becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable, getting comfortable with discomfort. You just literally need to set yourself up intentionally to do something hard to start the day. And so for many people, the hardest thing they're going to do in day is weight training. So my suggestion is use that weight training as an opportunity to overcome, or at least not necessarily overcome, you will.
