Is There a Channel That Works Best?
In some industries, it's all about email ends up being the most effective or at the very least the most cost effective. You know, like everybody operates entirely on text messages. So I hesitate to prescribe a channel universally, but I know that going back to the multimodal, that's where and one of the things that is really consistent in services is just knowing that the same thing is not going to work for everybody.
