The Future of Food in the UK

If we're going to successfully feed a global population healthily and sustainably, we absolutely have to have a globalised food system. More than 50 million pounds in research funding has already been made available to explore new ways of producing food or alternative crops. What will be growing and eating in the next few decades will be different - when you consider the changes in the last century isn't so surprising.
