How to Read a Book and Receive the Whole Message

Just because you've gone through and read a book, doesn't mean that you're going to benefit from having read the book. The message is sent by the writer and its ceived by the reader. You need to be skilled as a reader in order to receive the whole message. And so that's where we get into the four levels of reading, active reading, the four questions, and all the other lists that he has in this book.
